During Your Session: You will be professionally draped throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Pressure checks are a routine part of every session, and you are always encouraged to speak up.

After Your Session: Mild muscle tenderness is normal, particularly after deeper work, and generally resolves within 24 to 48 hours. Your therapist will offer personalised aftercare suggestions before you leave.
